The Iron Square Pipe has long sections with a fixed surface, and the Iron Square Pipe is a form of this product that is hollow in the form of a tube. In fact, the use of profile cans is in two ways, the use of cans in various industries such as automotive, military, and furniture, and other uses in construction, such as the production of fittings, doors, windows, etc.

Profile cans have standard dimensions that depend on the place where the cans are to be used. This product has different thicknesses and sizes for the walls, which are from 0.5 mm to above.

For the use of cans in the manufacture of furniture or tables and chairs, or for use in light industries, the thickness is from 0.5 to 1.5 mm. It is used in construction from 2 to 3 mm and from 4 mm to higher in heavier industrial uses. It is used in square and rectangular form. The square size is from 10 x 10 mm to 500 x 500 mm. It is used in a rectangular shape from 40 x 100 to 135 x 300 mm.

Production of Iron Square Pipe

To produce profile cans, two hot rolling and cold rolling methods are used. Each of the methods is effective in the can production process. Hot-rolled cans are rolled at a temperature of more than 1700 degrees Celsius, which makes it easier to shape the steel sheet for making cans.

But in the cold rolling method, the sheet for producing cans is produced at room temperature and is made by bending and cutting the iron sheet and it is mostly used in construction and decoration purposes.
